Diploma CW forever!

The diploma is founded by the Russian telegraphic club (R-CW-C) and devoted to the 7th anniversary of formation of club. The diploma is issued for radio communications with radio station of the headquarters of club using a call sign of temporal use of R17CWC. The place of the headquarters of club in 2017 assigned Krasnodar Krai.
