For obtaining the diploma «10 N 10» it is necessary to carry out  100 QSO - on 10 digits in call signs of stations from 10 countries (10х10=100)

For obtaining the diploma «10 N 20» it is necessary to carry out  200 QSO - on 10 digits in call signs of stations from 20 countries (10х20=200)

For obtaining the diploma «10 N 30» it is necessary to carry out  300 QSO - on 10 digits in call signs of stations from 30 countries (10х30=300)

For obtaining the diploma «10 N 40» it is necessary to carry out  400 QSO - on 10 digits in call signs of stations from 40 countries (10х40=400)

For obtaining the diploma «10 N 50» it is necessary to carry out  500 QSO - on 10 digits in call signs of stations from 50 countries (10х50=500) 

For obtaining the diploma «10 N 60» it is necessary to carry out  600 QSO - on 10 digits in call signs of stations from 60 countries (10х60=600) 

Diplomas are issued for the radio communications which are carried out by telegraph (CW)

QSOs are counted on all amateur bands including WARC from January 1st, 2000

Confirmation by QSL cards isn't required

Attention: when applying for several degrees of diplomas at the same time, you should submit one application for the degree with the highest priority. All lower degrees are issued automatically.

Applications are accepted through service Diplomas on the website rcwc.ru. It is possible to study the instruction for application according to the reference.
