The diploma "Worked with radio station of the fifth meeting

of fans of telegraph R17CWC" - (W-R17CWC)

 

 

 

The diploma is founded by the Russian telegraph club (R-CW-C) with joint participation of clubs DRC (Lazarevskoye), CQCW (Anapa), Sporadic (Kursk) and club "CBG" - "A bear glade" (Liski).

 

The diploma is founded in honor of the 5th annual meeting of fans of telegraph which takes place during the period from July 22 to July 31, 2017 near St. Blagoveshchensk Krasnodar Krai.

 

The diploma is issued for communications with the R17CWC radio station working from the venue of a meeting.

 

Runtime of conditions of the diploma:

 

- beginning: On July 22, 2017 (00:00 MOSCOW TIME);

- termination: On July 31, 2017 (23:59 MOSCOW TIME).

 

Mode: Telegraph (CW)

Ranges: 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80 meters.

 

Diplomas free are also issued to all radio fans of the world in electronic form who have satisfied his conditions.

 

During the specified period of time for amateur bands 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80 meters by telegraph (CW), the radio station of a meeting R17CWC will work.

 

Radio communications with R17CWC are set off on different ranges, and on each of them once.

 

Performance conditions:

 

For the organization of work of Special event stations within the Telegraph marathon and the automated downloading of the executed diplomas on the website RCWC.RU the RCWC Log service is created.

 

Operators R17CWC realizes filling of the hardware logs in the general basis on the RCWCLOG service posted on the website RCWC.RU.

Each radio communication with R17CWC of the Telegraphic marathon earns for the applicant 1 point.

 

Repeated communications: (Call + Bands) don't earn points and automatically are deleted the ROBOT when filling logs, leaving communication, the first on a date and time, in a basis.

 

Log of operation of R17CWC are available to viewing in RCWCLOG at any moment. Viewing of selection of a log on any selected call sign of the applicant is possible.

 

In case of each new filling of any log in a basis (in case of each change of a basis) the table of operation with radio station of a meeting of fans of telegraph is automatically generated. On the basis of this table numbering and output of diplomas is made.

 

The diploma has 3 degrees.

 

The principle of distribution of places in spreadsheet of work with radio station of a meeting R17CWC:

 

1 The spreadsheet consists of three parts, by quantity of degrees of the diploma.

 

2 The participants who have carried out not less than 3 QSO (on three various ranges) with radio station of a meeting apply for the third degree of the diploma.

The radio fan who has carried out the third QSO before the others has advantage.

 

3 The participants who have carried out not less than 4 QSO (on four various ranges) with radio station of a meeting apply for the second degree of the diploma.

The radio fan who has carried out the fourth QSO before the others has advantage.

 

4 The participants who have carried out not less than 5 QSO (on five various ranges) with radio station of a meeting apply for the first degree of the diploma.

The radio fan who has carried out the fifth QSO before the others has advantage. Upon termination of a meeting and the last filling of the ravine in base standings of work with R17CWC radio station are fixed and winners and the final number of owners of diplomas of "W-R17CWC" are defined.

 

The list of owners of diplomas is published on the website RCWC.RU.

 

Upon termination of all action "A Telegraph marathon of R-CW-C – 2017" on the RCWC Log service of the website RCWC.RU function of automatic downloading of diplomas, for all satisfied their conditions is activated.

 

The diploma of 1 degree at numbers 001 is issued to all activators of a call sign of R17CWC, and also all radio fans and observers, both clubmen, and the guests of a meeting working with CW for active participation on a meeting of fans of telegraph.
